JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, conversational, and responsive virtual assistant to manage LinkedIn post engagement through Agorapulse. Your main role will be replying to all unanswered comments on selected LinkedIn posts, following a specific format and tone using a ChatGPT prompt provided by us.

This is an ongoing role with potential for long-term work if done well.

Your Responsibilities:

Log in daily to Upgrade to see actual info

Review all Upgrade to see actual infoments on assigned posts

For comments that are just a single word or phrase (e.g., "Playbook", "20"), reply with a pre-set lead magnet link we provide

For all other comments:

1. Use our ChatGPT prompt (provided in full along with a training video)

2. Copy the post and the comment into ChatGPT

3. Get 5 possible replies back

4. Choose the most suitable reply

5. Post the selected reply into Agorapulse, click "Send", and "Like" the comment

6. Mark the comment as Reviewed if not auto-marked

Requirements:

- You’re expected to reply to at least 50 comments/hour

- Strong attention to detail

- Excellent written English skills with a conversational tone

- Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media engagement

- Able to follow structured prompts and detailed instructions

- Access to ChatGPT (Upgrade to see actual info)

- Daily availability (flexible hours)

Tools You’ll Use:

- Agorapulse (for comment management)

- ChatGPT (for generating replies)

- Short training video & prompt file provided

Bonus (Not required but nice to have):

- Experience with social media scheduling or community management

- A good sense of tone and nuance in conversation
