We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Engagement Specialist to join our team and execute a unique TikTok/Instagram Reels marketing strategy for our dance game, Dance Break. The role involves managing influencer collaborations, driving organic engagement, and ensuring our key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
Influencer Management
• Identify TikTok and Instagram creators with strong content (1,000+ views per video) but fewer followers (around 100).
• Conduct outreach and negotiate influencer contracts, ensuring terms align with campaign goals.
• Provide clear instructions to influencers for creating and posting Dance Break content.
• Monitor influencers' activities to ensure compliance with campaign requirements.
Content Strategy & Execution
• Curate a list of 30 videos for each influencer’s new account to engage with (like and comment) to position them in the relevant content niche.
• Ensure influencers post Dance Break videos during the agreed schedule.
Community Engagement
• Actively engage with TikTok and Instagram audiences by commenting, liking, and replying to relevant posts.
• Encourage user-generated content (UGC) by inviting followers to download Dance Break, participate in challenges, and compete for high scores.
• Align with the brand.
Performance Tracking
• Work closely with the team to ensure campaigns align with KPIs and broader marketing goals.
• Track engagement metrics and report on campaign progress.
Qualifications:
• Experience managing influencer campaigns on TikTok/Instagram.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with dance or gaming content is a plus.
