We're Hiring: Social Media Assistant / Manager (Remote | Long-Term)

We are looking for one reliable and creative Social Media Assistant or Manager to join our team on a long-term basis!

Job Description:
– Posting daily content (24 posts per page/group)
– Managing Upgrade to see actual info Facebook pages and groups (a mix of both)
– Researching and creating viral content based on high-performing posts
– Using AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney) and a spy tool for content creation
– Posting in different languages using AI translation tools (focus on US and German markets)
– IMPORTANT: Social media accounts must be properly warmed up before regular posting begins
– Create Canva templates for each new page or group profile and update them as needed
– Create promotional campaign photos with Canva templates
– Writing blog articles in WordPress for viral posts on social media, taking into account the user experience in terms of the quality of the content and the relevant keywords in the required quantity so that the blog can be found in Google and Bing searches.
– Development and optimization of ChatGPT prompts for creating photos, social media posts and SEO-optimized blog articles

What We’re Looking For:
– Strong English skills (required)
– German skills are a plus (not mandatory – translation tools are available)
– Solid experience with social media platforms, especially Facebook and Meta Business Suite
– Proactive, organized, and creative mindset
– We are looking for people who can learn quickly and implement new methods; people who can quickly integrate the latest adjustments into their work
– We work in a results-oriented manner and constantly update our areas and methods to stay ahead of the competition
– If there is a desire and a need to research methods, the employee should be able to do so
– Knowledge of the following platforms is an advantage: Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Medium, X, Quora, and Reddit

Salary:
– $150/month
– Monthly bonus of $50 if your posts perform well
– Payment will be processed via EASYPAY
– The employee/freelancer issues a proper invoice with all details, tax number, and invoice number on a monthly basis. A template is provided for this
– Our goal is for our posted content to achieve organic reach. If your posts achieve organic reach, you will receive your $50 bonus
– If no post is shared more than 1,000 times within three months, the quality of the work will be questioned
– Organic reach is possible if the posts are created in a similar way to viral posts, use the same keywords, and show similar photos. The content must also be of high quality and credible
– Good performance means that some of your posts on Facebook are shared more than 1,000 times
