Are you a passionate content creator with a knack for storytelling, an eye for design, and a desire to grow in the world of digital marketing? We’re looking for a Social Media Assistant to help us bring our brand—and our clients' voices—to life across digital platforms.

Position Details
Role: Social Media Assistant
Rate: $6 - $7.50 CAD
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST)
Location: Remote
Status: Full-Time

What You’ll Do:
-Build and manage monthly content calendars across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
-Create engaging visuals and edit short-form videos using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite
-Video content for Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts
-Ensure each piece of content aligns with our clients' unique voices, values, and messages
-Apply basic knowledge of SEO to support on-page and off-page
-Stay up-to-date with trends, social best practices, and emerging content formats
-Collaborate with a fun, motivated, and growth-driven team

What We’re Looking For:
-Experience with content creation and social media management
-Creative flair with visual design and video editing (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.)
-Strong ability to understand and adapt to different client voices and messaging styles
-Basic understanding or background knowledge of SEO (keyword research, linking strategies, analytics)
-Organized, proactive, and resourceful
-A natural team player who communicates openly and clearly
-A growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and self-development
