Are you a confident chat closer who loves booking sales calls through organic outreach?

We’re a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping gym owners, fitness studios, martial arts schools, and group training businesses in Australia, the US, and the UK improve the results of their paid ads.

We’re looking for a Social Media Appointment Setter trained in Sell-by-Chat to help us book qualified strategy sessions with business owners who want better marketing results.

What You'll Be Doing:
? Adding targeted gym and fitness business owners as Facebook friends
? Starting DM conversations with newly added friends using proven scripts
? Messaging existing friends who have never been engaged with
? Engaging with prospect content (posts, stories, reels) to naturally warm up chats
? Following up with people who engage with our content
? Helping grow and engage our upcoming Facebook group to turn members into leads
? Logging all conversations and appointments in Google Sheets or a CRM

You’re a Great Fit If You:
Have experience booking calls via Messenger using Sell-by-Chat or similar methods

Know how to build rapport and guide chats toward a booked call

Are fluent in English (written and spoken)

Are confident, organised, and results-driven

Can follow scripts but sound natural and human

Can manage multiple chats without dropping the ball

Have a reliable internet connection and consistent availability

Bonus Points If You Have:
Worked with digital marketing agencies or in the fitness niche

Experience using lead tracking tools like Google Sheets or CRMs

Position Details:
Full-time preferred (part-time may be considered)

Competitive base pay + performance bonuses
