Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Social Media Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for social media, skilled in creating engaging Instagram content, and eager to drive growth across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for managing our clients' social media presence, ensuring consistent and creative content, and fostering engagement with their audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a content strategy focused on growth, with a primary emphasis on Instagram posts and Reels.
Design visually appealing graphics using Canva and other design tools for social media platforms.
Utilize AI tools to streamline content creation and optimize engagement.
Engage with followers through meaningful interactions and manage community engagement, responding to comments and messages promptly.
Track and report on social media performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to strategies for improved results.
Collaborate with internal teams using Slack to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously improve performance.
Drive social media growth by experimenting with new strategies, formats, and engagement techniques.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in managing Instagram (including posts, Reels, and stories) and a solid understanding of platform algorithms.
Strong design skills using Canva or similar tools.
Experience with AI tools to aid content creation and engagement optimization.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage authentically with audiences.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple social media accounts.
A self-starter who can work independently while being an integral part of the team.
Detail-oriented and organized with a drive for continuous improvement and growth.
Familiarity with Slack for team collaboration.
Curious, driven, and proactive in discovering and implementing new growth strategies.
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience in social media management or growth-focused roles.
Understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
Experience working in a team-oriented environment and contributing to larger marketing campaigns.
