Nucestral is a fast-growing skincare brand specializing in grass-fed beef tallow-based products. We pride ourselves on creating high-quality, natural skincare solutions and providing excellent customer service. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our daily operations and help us grow our online presence.
What You’ll Do:
Social Media Support
* Edit videos I send to you to use on Instagram and TikTok
* Research and suggest trending content ideas related to skincare
* Engage authentically with our community
* Analyze posts and report on findings
Marketing Assistance
* Assist in creating and scheduling email marketing campaigns
* Manage & optimize Meta Ad campaigns
* Support influencer outreach and collaboration management
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with editing social media videos
* Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok)
* Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools (preferred)
* Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
Bonus Skills:
* Knowledge of skincare or beauty industries
* An eye for design and great aesthetics
* Familiarity with Meta Business Suite (Facebook/Instagram ads)
Hours & Compensation:
* 20 hours per week to start, with the potential to increase
* Competitive hourly rate based on experience
