Social Marketing Manager + Executive Assistant

We're looking for someone to help manage and grow three exciting lifestyle brands while providing occasional executive support. About the Brands:
- Asocial Studio:
- A lifestyle brand celebrating introversion through modern luxe products, empowering content, and mindful self-expression.

- Stars and Legacy:
- A tribute to U.S. history and National Parks, offering products inspired by the beauty of American heritage.

- Whimsy Way:
- Whimsical home decor for kids’ rooms, nurseries, and anyone wanting to add magic to their space.

We use drop-shipping platforms like Printify and TeeLaunch, and are experimenting with store platforms such as WooCommerce, Shopify, Etsy, and social media shops.

Key Responsibilities may vary based on need and the time of year but this is a comprehensive list. I promise I'm a reasonable person to work with:

- Social Media Management:
- Create and schedule engaging posts for Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and other platforms.
- Foster community growth through meaningful engagement (replying to comments, DMs, etc.).
- Manage ad campaigns, including testing and optimization.

- Creative Sourcing:
- Research and source art for product concepts.
- Find and coordinate with graphic design talent for specialty designs.

- E-commerce Support:
- Assist with uploading products and descriptions to various store platforms.
- Monitor and test store performance across platforms like WooCommerce, Shopify, and Etsy.

- Executive Assistance:
- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and email correspondence (in the brand's tone or a professional voice).

Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain task lists and progress tracking.
- Coordinate with team members as needed.

Qualifications:
- Exceptional English Communication Skills (written and spoken).
- The willingness to learn + excellent communication is far more important than your actual experience of the things below...
- Experience with social media management and ad platforms (Meta Ads, Pinterest, etc.).
- Knowledge of drop-shipping platforms (e.g., Printify, TeeLaunch) and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and able to work independently in an asynchronous environment.
- Creative eye for sourcing art and working with designers (experience in Adobe Express or design tools like Canva is a plus).
