Role Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on, driven individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO, website management, and Amazon FBA and will play a key role in improving our online presence and driving sales. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow with us and contribute to our long-term success.
This role is critical to our expansion strategy, as you’ll be responsible for driving online visibility, managing our e-commerce platforms, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• SEO Optimization: Enhance the visibility of our existing web pages and social media platforms.
• Website Management: Assist with the maintenance and improvement of our website.
• Amazon FBA: Manage and optimize our Amazon FBA operations to drive sales and expand our reach.
• Content Creation: Utilize tools like Canva, Photoshop, and CapCut to create engaging content.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze website and Amazon performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and report on progress.
• Marketing Budget: Manage and optimize our marketing budget across all platforms for best value results.

• Project Management: Asana
• E-commerce Platforms: WooCommerce, Amazon
• Design Tools: Canva, Photoshop, CapCut
• Security: LastPass

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Amazon FBA, SEO, and Social Media Marketing.
• Skills: Strong understanding of sales principles and customer interactions that drive long-term conversions and profitability.
• Language: A comfortable grasp of the English language is essential.
• Attitude: A proactive, detail-oriented individual who can follow instructions while keeping an eye on our long-term goals.
• Problem-Solving: We value problem-solvers who can adapt to new challenges and find creative solutions to drive results.

What We Offer:
• Training and Development: We believe in continuous learning and offer ongoing training in SEO, Amazon FBA, and digital marketing trends. If you’re eager to learn, we’re eager to support you.
• Flexible Hours: Work remotely with flexible hours—no need to adhere to Australian work hours, except for weekly catch-ups.
• Work Options: Part-time (minimum 16 hours per week) or full-time positions available, with additional admin tasks during slower periods if needed.
• Leave Benefits: After a 6-month probation period, you’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves. We honor most Filipino holidays (except All Saints’ and All Souls’ Day).
• Salary: Competitive hourly rate of $3.50 to $5.50, depending on experience and hours worked.
• Perks & Benefits:
o Performance Incentives: After probation, earn $100 USD per unit sold above monthly targets (currently 12 units). Plus, we’re open to developing additional incentives based on your input and performance.
o Cash Equivalent for Unused Leaves: Get compensated for any unused vacation or sick leaves.
o Recognition & Rewards: Exceptional performance may also be rewarded with additional bonuses or recognition within the team.
