ull-Time Graphic Designer for Premium Golf Brand (Catalogs, Web, Ads & More)

We’re Upgrade to see actual info—a fast-growing brand shaking up the golf world with customized gloves, gift sets, and premium golf accessories. Our design needs are growing FAST—and we’re looking for a talented, full-service Graphic Designer to join our creative team long-term.

This is not just a logo or Canva gig. We need a designer with strong skills across print, digital, and web. If you can bring products to life through pro-level design, layout, and visual storytelling—we want you on board.

Your Work Will Include:
Designing marketing catalogs, flyers, and print materials

Creating social media ads, web banners, and landing page visuals

Helping build and refine WordPress pages (design-focused, not deep coding)

Creating eye-catching product graphics and promotional visuals

Constructing photo-based ad creatives (manipulating photos, adding text, effects)

Possibly light product photo editing and enhancement

Requirements:
Strong portfolio with branding, marketing, and product design

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Bonus if you use Canva or other tools for social content

Solid eye for layout, typography, and product presentation

Ability to create high-conversion ad graphics and web banners

Experience designing for e-commerce, DTC, or retail brands is a big plus

Comfortable designing for print AND web

Fluent in English and able to follow brand voice + style guides

Nice-to-Have (but not required):
WordPress (basic web design using Elementor or similar)

Experience with digital product mockups or lifestyle compositions

Light video editing or animation skills (social reels, GIFs, etc.)
