You will be undertaking all bookkeeping activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, management reports preparation and payroll.? You will be processing end to end transaction allocation and accounts management, including helping with the preparation of financial reports.
Technical Requirements -
Conversion of accounting data into Xero
Perform bank reconciliation
Can prepare sales invoices in the client's accounting system
Enter supplier's tax invoices in the client's accounting system
Process payments of A/P and collections of A/R
Can resolve the recurring reconciling items showing in the reconciliation reports like Bank Reconciliation, Trade Payables/Receivables
Draft activity statements for review
Payroll (Singapore) Experience
Can do payroll data entry processing and able to reconcile with relevant records
Review of general ledger and closing full sets of accounts
Qualifications and Experience -
Accounting Graduate with 2-4 years of experience
Preferred to have Singapore bookkeeping experience
Goods and Services Tax (GST)
Software Skills/Experience:
Xero (preferably Certified)
Hubdoc &/or Dext
Microsoft (Word, Excel etc.)
Excellent Computer skills, word, excel
