We’re a growing short-term rental business dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences and maximizing property occupancy. We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and creative Virtual Assistant to help manage day-to-day operations and marketing efforts for our Airbnb and short-term rental properties.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Management & Property Operations
Handle guest communication: promptly respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide check-in/out support.
Manage booking platforms: Inside our channel manager software Hostfully, update availability, ensure listing accuracy, and sync calendars across platforms like Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com.
Coordinate with cleaners and maintenance staff to ensure properties are guest-ready.
Monitor guest reviews and feedback, respond professionally, and implement improvements.

Marketing & Occupancy Growth
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new guests and retain repeat customers.
Create compelling property listings with optimized descriptions, photos, and pricing.
Utilize tools like Beyond Pricing, Wheelhouse, or Airbnb Smart Pricing to maximize revenue and occupancy.
Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to promote properties.
Run email marketing campaigns to target past guests and prospective clients.
Explore partnerships with local businesses or influencers to boost bookings.
Monitor analytics to track marketing performance and occupancy rates, providing regular reports.

Administrative Tasks
Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for business processes.
Track and report on key performance metrics like occupancy rates, revenue, and guest satisfaction.
Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and other administrative tasks as needed.
