Are you an airbnb expert? I own a growing airbnb business and we are looking to hire a long term property and guest experience manger to run the business 100% on their own. I will guide you upfront, then you will run the business 100% on your own with weekly reviews with myself.
For the right person, this will become a well-paid long term opportunity with large bonus/performance pay. The job responsibilities include:
Bring my short term rental business to majority direct booking , help build all templates, to include guest messaging, long term guest retention, cleaning list for daily , quarterly maintenance, managing day to day operations , keep track of guest contact and schedule regular past guest correspondence. Maintain super host and 5 star ratings, . Proactively develop business models to consistently improve customer experience. Post weekly to social media to market to customers. Create social media content for business by working with owner and local staff. Manage other employees as needed.
Respond quickly to guest messages via airbnb app/site
Message guests during their stay and answer questions as needed
Approve booking requests and reservations
Coordinate and schedule cleanings
Coordinate and schedule repairs as needed
Submit reviews after each guest checks out
Check voicemails and respond as needed
Manage security by regularly monitoring onsite cameras
Work directly with bookkeeper to ensure all invoices and guest payments are received
Perform background checks for all direct bookings
Follow up on weekly and monthly inventory with cleaners
Assist me in managing all aspects of my airbnb business
You will be communicating with guests through either your mobile phone or desktop/laptop using the airbnb messaging system. I am looking for someone who is fluent in English both in writing and speaking.
This job will be "on call" which means while you will need to be available during the hours listed below, you wont be working that entire time. For example, one message may come in during an hour that you will need to take a couple minutes to respond to, but then no other work will be required during that hour.
