Short-Term Rental Manager

I am hiring on behalf of a client who is seeking a highly organized and experienced Short-Term Rental Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their two short-term rental properties. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using short-term rental management platforms and possess exceptional guest communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries using Hospitable as the primary property management system (PMS).
Coordinate cleaning schedules using Turno and ensure properties are well-maintained.
Optimize pricing strategies and manage booking calendars using PriceLabs to maximize revenue.
Address guest issues and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the guest journey.
Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and increase bookings.

Preferred Skills and Tools:

Required: Hospitable, PriceLabs, Turno
Optional: TouchStay, Airbnb, VRBO, Furnish Finder, ChatGPT
Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Creative marketing and social media skills are a bonus.
