About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to manage a small portfolio of short-term rentals. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in real estate or property management as a Virtual Assistant, with a strong understanding of short-term rental operations. You will be responsible for streamlining processes, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring exceptional guest and landlord experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Management: Handling bookings, guest communication, and ensuring a seamless check-in/check-out experience.
Tenant Relations: Responding to tenant inquiries, addressing requests, and ensuring a high standard of service.
Contractor Coordination: Liaising with cleaners, handymen, and other service providers to maintain property quality.
Landlord & Investor Relations: Keeping strong relationships with landlords, providing updates, and maintaining trust.
Operations & Process Improvement: Enhancing systems and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Administrative Support: Assisting with any necessary tasks to support property management and lettings.

UK Working Time Zone

We are based in London at 0 GMT and proposed hours 8am - 5pm with some flexibility if required.
Skills and experience:

- People oriented
- Attention to detail and meticulous Is a must
- Two years of excellence in providing outstanding customer service as a VA
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence in handling difficult conversations
- Experienced in dispute resolution and problem solving
- Previous Transaction/ Listing/ leasing coordination experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent organizational skills
- *Excellent knowledge of Google sheets, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Excel, CRM and project management tools

Full Time Or Part time

- Proposed Compensation $6 per hour or more based on experience
- Part Time 9-1pm Or 12-5pm GMT time zone (some flexibility may be considered )
- Full Time 8am-5pm GMT time zone (some flexibility may be considered )
