JOB DESCRIPTION & MISSION
StayCinci is on the hunt for a Rock Star Receptionist with Administrative Skills who can serve as the first point of contact for our guests while also providing crucial support in our daily business operations. In this role, you’ll ensure that every guest enjoys a five-star stay by managing communication and coordination across multiple booking platforms. You’ll also work directly with our company founder, Danny Gudorf, to complete a variety of administrative tasks that help keep the business running smoothly. DAILY TASKS WILL INCLUDE:
Guest Communication & Reservation Management
Respond to guest messages within 5 minutes, using clear and friendly communication
Manage bookings, alterations, cancellations, and refund requests on platforms like Airbnb & VRBO
Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to resolve issues quickly
Set up and monitor new property listings
Track reviews and guest feedback
Administrative Support for Company Owner
Organize receipts, invoices, and property expense sheets for the bookkeeper
Keep records updated for insurance, tax filings, and digital mailboxes
Monitor inventory/supplies and help cut costs
Complete miscellaneous personal assistant tasks for Danny Gudorf
HOURS:
40 hours/week
Recommended schedule: 4:00 pm-12:30 am EST (with a 30-minute break)
Work days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday
Note: U.S. Daylight Savings Time will adjust your shift one hour in March and November
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent English (spoken and written)—you’ll be on the phone with guests occasionally
Fast, stable internet and your own reliable computer
No other employment—this is a dedicated role
COMPENSATION & TERMS:
$1100/month (bi-weekly payments via Gusto
Initial 30-day trial period
If you're sick, we expect you to reschedule your hours for another day that week
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS:
All guest messages must be responded to within 5 minutes
All guest communications and calls will be monitored for quality
Ongoing performance will be reviewed based on professionalism, speed, and issue resolution
