Job Overview
The ideal candidate is experienced in short-term rental management, tech-savvy, fast, and highly organized. You will be responsible for handling guest communications, coordinating with teams, managing property listings, and optimizing operations using various software tools.
Key Responsibilities
• Guest Communication & Support: Quickly respond to guest inquiries, handle booking requests, and resolve issues professionally via Airbnb,
• Reservation & Calendar Management: Oversee reservations, update calendars, prevent double bookings, and ensure smooth scheduling using Guesty or other services
• Pricing & Revenue Management: Use AirDNA and PriceLabs to analyze market trends and adjust pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
• Listing & Platform Management: Optimize property listings, update descriptions and photos, and manage multi-platform accounts via Guesty.
• Operations & Coordination: Schedule cleanings, track turnovers, and coordinate with cleaners and maintenance teams.
• Reputation & Review Management: Respond to guest reviews and maintain high ratings across all platforms.
• Administrative & Documentation Tasks: Process refunds, handle insurance claims, and maintain property records.
• Project & Team Collaboration: Use Slack,

Qualifications & Requirements
• Experience in Short-Term Rentals: At least 2+ years managing short-term rental properties or working with Airbnb,
• Tech-Savvy & Fast Learner: Comfortable with digital tools and able to quickly adapt to new systems.
• Excellent English Communication Skills: Both written and spoken, with strong attention to detail.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Prioritizes guest satisfaction, handles issues with patience and efficiency.
• Highly Organized & Efficient: Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
