Short Term Online Research Assistant

Position: Online Research Contractor (Short-Term)
Contract Length: Approx. 1-2 weeks

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Online Research Contractor to gather contact information for the Presidents of Divine Nine (D9) sororities at key alumni and graduate chapters across major U.S. cities. The ideal candidate is proficient in online research, data entry, and verification, with the ability to find accurate email addresses, phone numbers, and social media handles.

Key Responsibilities:
? Identify active Alpha Kappa Alpha, Delta Sigma Theta, Zeta Phi Beta, and Sigma Gamma Rho Graduate Chapters in targeted major U.S. cities.
? Collect & verify the Chapter President's contact information (email, phone, social media, or website contact forms).
? Organize data into a structured spreadsheet with clear formatting.
? Prioritize chapters in large metropolitan areas such as New York, Atlanta, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, Washington D.C., Charlotte, Dallas, Baltimore, Los Angeles and Nashville.
? Ensure accuracy & completeness of all data before submission.

Ideal Candidate:
? Experienced in online research & data collection (Google, LinkedIn, organization websites, NPHC directories).
? Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, or Airtable for data organization.
? Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
? Knowledge of Black Greek-letter organizations (NPHC) is a plus but not required.
? Ability to work independently and meet deadlines within a short timeframe.

Deliverables:
???? A structured spreadsheet with verified Chapter President contact information for at least 20-50 chapters in the specified regions.
???? Submission of updates/progress reports as needed.
