What You’ll Be Doing
Editing TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts with viral potential
Using high-energy cuts, motion graphics, and sound design to create engaging videos
Implementing captions and animated text (think Alex Hormozi style) to enhance viewer retention
Repurposing long-form content into highly engaging short-form videos
Researching viral trends and adapting editing styles accordingly
Collaborating with the creative team to ensure brand consistency and messaging
Continuously optimizing edits for engagement, retention, and virality
What You Bring to the Table
? Proven experience editing short-form content with viral potential (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts)
? Expertise in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
? A strong portfolio showcasing fast-paced, high-retention editing
? Ability to replicate the editing style of top creators like MrBeast, Iman Gadzhi, and The Jet Business
? Understanding of social media trends, audience retention, and engagement strategies
? Strong communication and collaboration skills
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
