Job Title: Short-Form Video Editor
Location: REMOTE
Employment Type: Part-time 10-20hrs/week (long-term)


Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented Short-Form Video Editor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for editing and producing compelling short-form videos optimized for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other digital channels. Your work will play a critical role in capturing audience attention and amplifying our brand’s message.

Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, high-quality short-form video content.
- Add effects, text overlays, transitions, and audio enhancements to maximize viewer engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to understand project goals, brand guidelines, and messaging.
- Stay updated on trends in short-form content to produce innovative, on-brand video material.
- Ensure all videos are optimized for specific platforms (aspect ratio, timing, and formatting).
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a video editor with a focus on short-form content.
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their video requirements.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail to craft visually compelling stories.
- Familiarity with motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
