Short-Form Video Editor for Education Channel (CapCut)

I'm looking for a talented short-form video editor to help grow my personal and business channels. I'm currently posting 1-3 videos per day, with two main video types needing regular editing:

1. "Unbiased" Series (Daily)
This is a 30-day challenge where each day I break down one of the 100+ cognitive biases we all experience. Each video is less than 2 minutes long. (I'll provide clear examples.)

2. "Brain Behavior" Series (Every other day but Id like to up it to daily)
This series analyzes real-life Upgrade to see actual infonts—clips from podcasts, documentaries, interviews, movies—and explains the neuroscience behind what's happening. Each video connects everyday behaviors with brain systems using storytelling, psychology, and visual metaphors.

What I'm Looking For:
Video Editing Experience: Proficient in short-form content editing. Prior neuroscience knowledge isn't required—I'll handle scripting and content expertise.

CapCut Proficiency: You’ll edit exclusively in CapCut. I have a premium account you can use unless you prefer your own.

Image & Animation Sourcing: You should be comfortable sourcing appropriate images, animations, thumbnails, and other assets from online sources and within CapCut Premium.

Consistent Style: Follow my established editing style closely. I’ll share multiple examples of my previous high-performing videos to reference.

Subtitles & Captions: Maintain captioning style consistent with existing videos on my profiles.

Vertical Video Formats: Videos must be ready for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels (9:16 aspect ratio).

?? Workflow & Schedule:
Timezone: I'm in the US Eastern timezone. You’ll ideally work in an opposite timezone (e.g., Philippines), so that videos are uploaded at night (my time) and ready by morning.

Hours: Approximately 4 hours per day, 5-6 days per week (can start hourly and move into a consistent schedule).

Communication: We'll coordinate through Slack, with periodic reviews and check-ins until fully aligned. Please reply with the word "Almond" in your Subject line so I know you read the whole post.
