Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated video editor to join our team, specializing in simple editing techniques that focus on trimming dead spaces, aligning video pacing to retain viewer attention, and adding relevant context images. This role is straightforward and requires proficiency in CapCut, along with the ability to use Notion for task management and Discord for communication.

You will be responsible for editing a minimum of 5 videos per day, with the final length of each video being no longer than 3 minutes. This role requires no more than 3–4 hours of work daily. Meeting deadlines is a MUST, and consistent high-quality performance will be rewarded with competitive pay and bonuses.

Responsibilities:

- Use CapCut (mandatory) to edit videos.
- Trim dead spaces and remove unnecessary pauses or filler content from video footage.
- Ensure video pacing is short, snappy, and engaging to retain audience attention.
- Add context images accurately, aligning them with the spoken script.
- Manage tasks and workflows using Notion.
- Communicate effectively with the team through Discord.
- Maintain the creator's retention-based editing style for seamless, high-quality videos.
- Complete and deliver a minimum of 5 videos daily on time without compromise.
