Shopify Website Expert assistant

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Shopify Expert & Virtual Assistant to assist our E-Commerce Director in managing and optimizing our Shopify store. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Shopify, be proficient in product management, theme customization, discount strategies, and bulk product updates, and have strong Excel skills for data management.

This role will involve daily tasks such as adding and managing products, optimizing collections, troubleshooting Shopify issues, and analyzing store performance. You’ll also assist in improving our store’s functionality through third-party apps and automation tools.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

?? Shopify Expertise – Proven experience managing Shopify stores, including product setup, themes, and automation.
?? Excel & Data Analysis – Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, character length formulas, etc.).
?? E-Commerce Operations – Experience managing large catalogs and bulk product updates.
?? Theme Customization – Basic knowledge of Liquid, HTML, and CSS for Shopify theme edits.
?? Discount & Pricing Strategies – Understanding of Shopify promotions, discount codes, and sales strategies.
?? Third-Party Apps & Integrations – Experience with Shopify plugins like Klaviyo,
?? Analytical Skills – Ability to create and interpret Shopify reports and Google Analytics insights.
?? Attention to Detail – Strong organizational skills to manage product data and store updates efficiently.

Preferred Experience (Bonus Skills):

? Experience with Google Shopping & Facebook Ads Upgrade to see actual info.
? Knowledge of SEO best practices for Shopify product listings.
? Prior work in high-volume e-commerce stores.
