Shopify Web Manager and General Online Assistance

Job Description:
RemoteVA PH is currently seeking a detail-oriented Shopify Web Manager and General Online Assistance to join our team. In this role, you will primarily focus on SKU and listing creation within the Shopify platform, leveraging your expertise in inventory management, data entry, and vendor communication. Additionally, this position will evolve to include responsibilities such as inventory tracking and status updates, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals seeking growth within e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:
-Create and manage SKUs and listings within the Shopify platform, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
-Utilize MsExcel and other tools to streamline data entry processes and maintain data integrity.
-Coordinate with vendors to communicate product updates, manage inventory levels, and track order statuses.
-Implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
-Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
-Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and inventory management.

Requirements:
-Proven experience in SKU and listing creation within the Shopify platform.
-Strong proficiency in inventory management and data entry, with meticulous attention to detail.
-Excellent communication skills for effective vendor communication and collaboration.
-Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
-Proficiency in MsExcel and other relevant tools for data management and analysis.
-Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
