Job Title: Shopify Web Designer and CRO Specialist

Role Overview
We’re looking for a talented Shopify Web Designer and CRO Specialist to optimize and enhance our website’s performance. This role involves designing high-converting landing pages, optimizing lead collection funnels, and integrating website functionality with CRM and email marketing systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and data-driven, with a strong passion for conversion rate optimization (CRO). This position offers future growth opportunities, including potential promotion into a sales-related role.

Key Responsibilities
-Create and optimize landing pages design for high conversion
-Website Re-design (ongoing process)
-Quiz funnel design and optimization
-Launch and test new lead collection funnels
-Integrate website with CRM, quiz funnels, and email marketing.
-Create compelling visuals for use in email marketing campaigns
-Copywriting for website and email marketing
-BONUS: Social media image creating and posting.

Required Qualifications
-Experienced shopify and web designer
-Creates compelling visual images and storytelling with a website
-High quality design style and taste
-Excellent copywriting skills
-Excellent static visual design
-Deep knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization. A/B testing. Metrics tracking and optimization.
-Understanding how web -design and copywriting ties back to conversion.
-Detail oriented and organized
-Clear communication and smooth website function.
-Familiarity with common collaborative design tools: Adobe, Canva, more
-Regular use of web design and AI tools to be better at a job.
