Shopify VA & Customer Service for High ticket store

We are a leading high-end lighting ecommerce store dedicated to serving customers in the United States. We are looking for a star performing assistant to work on basic shopify operations such as product listing

Key responsibilities:
- Managing shopify store including, but not limited to, adding/updating products, creating new pages and improving existing configuration
- Responding to customer questions over chat and emails, providing awesome customer service on a timely basis.
- Sending promotional emails to customers
- Managing social media pages

Work timings : 48 hours per week
Timezone: 12 noon Manila time to 9 pm Manila time

Skills / Experience needed:
- Supplier handling
- Customer Service (email)
- Basic Shopify (Product Listing)
- Flexible attitude towards work and patience
