JOB OVERVIEW

### **Key Responsibilities**

### **Product Page Maintenance & Sales Optimization:**

- Design compelling product pages with high-converting product descriptions, images, and layout using Shopify's customisable features.
- Conduct A/B testing on Shopify product page elements to improve conversion rates/sales.
- Research and implement Shopify-specific SEO best practices for product listings.
- Regularly update Shopify store pages to ensure content accuracy and relevance (e.g. stocks and pricing). Monitor and resolve Shopify store performance issues such as page loading speed and broken links.
- Ensure the Shopify store adheres to branding guidelines and maintains a visually appealing layout.
- Conduct research on similar brands to identify best practices, market gaps and emerging trends

### **Fulfillment & Logistics:**

- Identify, evaluate, and build partnerships with fulfillment centers globally (China, US, Europe) and work closely with suppliers to ensure product quality and consistency and optimal shipping costs.
- Negotiate deals that secure the best shipping rates and terms.
- Take charge of inventory management using Shopify's tracking tools, ensuring products are always in stock.
- Optimize shipping processes for cost-efficiency and faster delivery times.

### **Reporting & Analytics:**

- Keep track on store performance by identifying key metrics like sales, conversions, shipping costs, and customer satisfaction.
- Use the data to determine key learnings and action items, and drive these items to completion to improve the store’s performance on a monthly basis.

### **Creative Execution:**

- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to execute ideas for products and merchandise to be offered by the store.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Develop comprehensive plans that include sourcing, pricing, and marketing strategies to bring the Creative Director's vision to life.
- Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and marketing teams to ensure timely and high-quality product launches.
- Ensure that all new product offerings align with the brand's image, customer expectations, and overall store strategy.
- Monitor the performance of new products and make data-driven adjustments to optimize sales and customer satisfaction.

### **Qualifications:**

- At least 2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce store management, fulfillment logistics, or a related field.
- Expert knowledge of Shopify, Amazon, or similar platforms.
- Strong grasp of product development, competitor analysis, and supply chain management.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
