Shopify Product Upload Specialist (Freelance/Contract)

We are seeking a meticulous Shopify Specialist to onboard and optimize product catalogs for multiple Shopify stores, ensuring full compliance with technical and corporate requirements.

Key Responsibilities
1. Shopify Product Catalog Setup
- Upload 100+ SKUs per store with:
- Accurate product titles, descriptions, and pricing.
- Category-specific tags and attributes.
- Dimensions/specs and Amazon URLs (if provided).
- Ensure sales counters and review displays are visible on listings.

2. Corporate Identity Compliance
-Create/edit a dedicated profile page with:
-Legal business name.
-Physical headquarters address.

3. Technical Checks
- Verify integrated shopping cart and multi-step checkout functionality.
- Troubleshoot missing fields or display errors.

4. Data Management
- Process provided Excel files (product names, prices, URLs, etc.).
- Maintain consistency across all listings.

Requirements
Experience:
- Shopify admin (product uploads, collections, metafields).
- Familiarity with bulk upload tools (Excel, CSV, or apps like Matrixify).

Skills:
- Attention to detail (e.g., tagging, specs, mandatory fields).
- Basic understanding of Shopify’s checkout settings.
- Ability to follow compliance checklists.

Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Shopify apps for reviews/sales counters.

Budget & Deliverables
Rate: $50–80 per website (based on complexity, e.g., 100–150 SKUs).
Delivery: Fully compliant Shopify store with:
- 100+ live SKUs.
- Corporate profile page.
- Functional checkout.
