Overview:
The Defiant Co. is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with a strong background in Shopify management and e-commerce operations. This role requires an individual who is tech-savvy, highly organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional results in an online retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing Support: Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor store performance through Shopify analytics; generate reports to track sales trends, customer behaviour, and campaign effectiveness.
- Process Optimisation: Continuously identify and implement improvements to streamline operations and enhance the shopping experience.
- Website Optimisation: Continuously update the website with changes the owners want to make as they continually test their website performance and improve monthly.


Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing Shopify platforms with a strong understanding of its functionalities and best practices.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and strategies, particularly relating to e-commerce.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools and interpreting data to inform business decisions.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
