JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for an experienced Email Customer Support for our Shopify Fashion dropshipping brand ASAP!

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer emails on Reamaze (mostly in English)
- Provide prompt and accurate solutions to customer issues according to our policy and funnel
- Log tickets on Google sheet & communicate with supplier

You must be:

- Experienced in CS for Shopify Fashion Dropshipping stores is a must!
- Experienced in using Reamaze is preferred (or Zendesk/Freshdesk/Gorgias)
- Super kind and fluent in English
- Problem-solving & Customer-oriented
- Able to work up to 7 hours/day during Hong Kong day time(GMT+8), including weekends

We start with USD3/hr, potential to adjust and evolve into a longer-term contract as you grow with more experience and responsibilities. If you believe you have what it takes, APPLY NOW:
