Shopify E-commerce Specialist, Digital Marketing Expert & Virtual Assistant
OVERVIEW:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Shopify Product Page Management:
-Create and optimize product pages, including adding product descriptions, images, and technical specifications.
-Ensure consistent and attractive presentation of products.
Competitor Research & Pricing Strategy:
-Conduct competitor research for each bike and product in our catalog.
-Compare prices across various competitors and analyze market trends.
-Develop pricing strategies tailored to each bike and product, considering factors such as market demand, competitor pricing, and product positioning.
-Provide recommendations for pricing adjustments and promotional strategies to maximize profitability and market share.

-Set up and manage
-Segment audiences and personalize content to increase customer engagement.
Blog Post Creation:
-Assist in writing blog posts that are engaging and SEO-friendly, ensuring content aligns with company goals and improves search engine rankings.
Graphic Design:
-Design visual content for the website and marketing campaigns using Canva or Photoshop.
-Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
Abandoned Cart Analysis:
-Analyze abandoned carts and implement strategies to recover lost sales and improve conversion rates.
Virtual Assistant Duties:
-Manage communication through WhatsApp, both internally and with customers and partners.
-Assist with daily tasks
-Support various other tasks that contribute to business growth, such as processing orders, customer relationship management, and ad-hoc projects.
Landing Page Creation & SEO Optimization:
-Design and develop targeted landing pages in Shopify to support marketing campaigns.
-Implement basic SEO optimization on these pages, including the use of relevant keywords, meta tags, and other SEO best practices.
REQUIREMENTS:
Shopify Experience:
-Proven experience in managing and optimizing Shopify stores.
Digital Marketing Skills:
-Experience in creating landing pages and basic knowledge of SEO principles.
-Familiarity with
Content Creation & SEO:
-Strong writing skills for creating blog posts that are engaging and optimized for SEO.
-Ability to research and incorporate relevant keywords into content.
Competitor Research & Pricing Strategy:
-Strong analytical skills to conduct detailed competitor research and pricing comparisons for each bike and product.
-Experience in developing customized pricing strategies based on market conditions, competitor analysis, and product positioning.
Graphic Design Proficiency:
-Familiarity with Canva and Photoshop, with a good eye for design (spacing, colors, scales, etc.).
Virtual Assistant Skills:
-Strong organizational skills and experience in managing communication via WhatsApp.
-Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
English Proficiency:
-Fluent in both spoken and written English.
Time Tracking & Payment:
-Must be able to use Toggl for time tracking.
-Payment will be made via PayPal on a regular basis.
HOURS:
20-40 hours per week, depending on availability and workload.
RATE:
$4 per hour during the trial period, with the opportunity for a full-time position at $500 per month.
