**Job Description:**
JDMT Ventures LLC is seeking a **part-time Virtual Assistant** to assist with managing our Shopify dropshipping store. The ideal candidate has experience with Shopify, product research, and order fulfillment. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow with our e-commerce business.

**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct product research to identify trending and high-converting items.
- Manage and update product listings, descriptions, and pricing on Shopify.
- Process orders and coordinate with suppliers.
- Optimize store layout and improve user experience.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to track performance.
- Handle basic customer inquiries and support requests.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including social media and email campaigns (preferred).

**Requirements:**
- Prior experience with Shopify store management and dropshipping.
- Proficiency in product research tools (e.g., Ecomhunt, AliExpress, Jungle Scout, etc.).
- Familiarity with Shopify apps for automation and optimization.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce trends.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience working with dropshipping suppliers (AliExpress, CJ Dropshipping, Zendrop, etc.).
- Understanding of SEO and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Previous experience in e-commerce customer support.

**Hours & Compensation:**
- Part-time: **10-20 hours per week** (flexible schedule).
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
