Shopify Developer – Gig Work (Project Baised)

We’re looking for a Shopify Developer to help with specific projects, from customizing themes to optimizing store performance. If you have experience with Shopify development, custom coding, and integrations, and can work efficiently on a per-project basis, we’d love to hear from you!

Project Scope:
Compensation: Based on project complexity (starting at $400 per project)
Flexible Work: Remote, project-based with potential for ongoing work
Availability: Must be able to meet deadlines and communicate during U.S. business hours
What You’ll Do:
Customize and develop Shopify themes to improve UX and functionality
Optimize page speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness
Set up and integrate Shopify apps to enhance store features
Work with custom coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Liquid) for advanced modifications
Implement A/B testing strategies to improve conversions
Maintain and troubleshoot store functionality as needed
Bonus: Experience with HubSpot integrations, Squarespace, and AI-generated imagery (Midjourney)
What We’re Looking For:
Proven Shopify development experience (portfolio or past work examples required)
Strong knowledge of Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Ability to optimize store speed and implement SEO best practices
Experience with third-party app integrations and troubleshooting
Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing
Experience with HubSpot, Squarespace, or AI-based design tools (Midjourney) is a plus
Must be able to work efficiently and deliver on deadlines
