What are the VA's primary responsibilities?
These responsibilities involve online orders, issuing returns/refunds, looking up tracking info for customers, processing damaged, missing, or fulfilment error replacement shipments. Helped customers find their order confirmation emails, changed shipping addresses, and sent them tracking info in case they had not received it. Assisting customers to edit, pause, and cancel subscriptions through the Recharge subscription app. They must file claims for missing and damaged orders with USPS and UPS postal carrier companies.

What would a typical day in this role look like? 
Working together with customers (potential or current) to effectively answer their questions. Answer emails and messages to help customers have an excellent customer experience with us. Change email addresses before they ship out. Help track down orders or file claims with postal carriers when they fail to deliver something in one piece.

What are the “must-have” skill sets of a successful candidate?
VA will email and message customers who have purchased from us or have any questions/inquiries on our website. Must know how to operate/manage Shopify orders, Recharge for subscriptions, and Shipstation for all things shipping.

What are the “nice-to-have” skill sets of a successful candidate?
Gmail, Shopify, Recharge Subscriptions, Shipstation

40 hours/week
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
