Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Shopify App Developer to build a custom app for our project requirements. This is a contract role focused on a single project, but there’s potential for you to join our team for future projects as the need arises.

Responsibilities:
- Develop a custom Shopify app to meet project-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with our team to gather requirements and provide technical recommendations.
- Ensure the app adheres to Shopify's best practices, scalability, and security standards.
- Integrate the app with third-party APIs and Shopify's ecosystem as required.
- Provide detailed documentation and assist with deploying the app to the Shopify App Store or private use.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues to ensure the app functions seamlessly.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience developing Shopify apps (public and private) using Shopify’s API and SDKs.
- Proficiency in languages and frameworks like JavaScript, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, or PHP.
- Strong understanding of Shopify's Liquid template language and app ecosystem.
- Experience with third-party API integrations.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code with proper documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience deploying apps to the Shopify App Store.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Knowledge of custom Shopify theme development and optimization.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with the team.
