Job Title: Setup Specialist (Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field ONLY)

Job Description:

As an Initial Disclosure Specialist, you will play a critical role in the mortgage origination process. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all initial disclosure documents are accurate, compliant, and delivered to borrowers on time. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and knowledge of mortgage regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review initial disclosure documents for accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations.
Ensure timely delivery of initial disclosures in accordance with regulatory timelines.
Coordinate with loan officers, processors, and other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to gather necessary information for disclosure preparation.
Stay up to date with mortgage industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Identify and resolve discrepancies related to initial disclosures.
Assist in developing and improving policies and procedures for the disclosure process.
Maintain accurate records of all disclosure activities and documentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

8-hour shift
Monday to Friday
Night shift / Rotational shift
