JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Researcher & Designer to join our dynamic team in a fully remote role. As a critical member of our product development process, you will lead user research initiatives and translate insights into impactful design solutions that enhance our digital products and services.
Note that

Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct comprehensive user research using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
Analyse research data to generate actionable insights and recommendations
Create user personas, journey maps, and other UX deliverables to guide product strategy
Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications
Develop interactive prototypes and wireframes to communicate design concepts
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders
Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in UX research and design
Stay current on UX trends and emerging technologies

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in UX research for digital products
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field
You must have a portfolio that shows how you have created and used personas
You must be able to show how you have compiled and how you share research results
Expert knowledge of user research methodologies and UX design principles
Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Miro)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Portfolio showcasing your UX research and design process
