We are looking for a seasoned Senior UI Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance user interaction with our digital platforms. This role requires a blend of creative and technical expertise, with a deep understanding of the unique requirements of the crypto industry.


Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design of user interfaces for our digital products, focusing on optimizing user experience in the context of CEX and DEX platforms.
* Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and development teams to create innovative UI solutions that are feasible and scalable.
* Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback, applying findings to design iterations.
* Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications as needed.
* Ensure consistency of brand and design standards across all digital products.
* Stay abreast of UI trends, as well as advancements in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, to ensure our products remain cutting-edge.
* Lead and mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.


Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years of UI design experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality UI designs for digital products.
* Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI design, particularly with applications in the crypto industry, CEX, and DEX platforms.
* Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
* Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and UI best practices.
* Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how they impact design implementation.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationales to stakeholders.
* Up-to-date knowledge of the crypto industry, including regulatory and security considerations impacting UI design.
* Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.


Nice to Have
* Experience in UX design or a strong understanding of UX principles.
* Knowledge of blockchain technology.
* Experience working in agile development teams.
