Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience working in the IT Industry.
Familiarity with tools such as Graphus, DarkWeb, BullPhishID, Keeper, Autotask, IT Glue, DattoRMM, and FieldEffect or similar.
Proficiency in Office 365 administration, particularly Exchange and SharePoint.
Experience in server administration, including setup, build, and configuration.
Network experience - Ability to troubleshoot end-to-end connectivity issues, collaborating with Level I support, systems engineers, and operations teams.
Expertise or background in network design, review, and deployment for small clients.
Experience with backup solutions like Veeam.
Knowledge of Office 365 Intune MDM and Autopilot deployments.
Knowledge in using PowerShell for automation and administrative tasks.
Project management experience is a plus (e.g., onboarding/offboarding clients).
Relevant IT certifications like CCNA and CompTIA A+ are a plus.
Work Experience in an MSP Company is a plus.
Can communicate fluently in English.
Willing to work on Night Shift
