**Job Overview:**
As a Senior Server Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our KVM VPS servers using [Virtualizor](https://www.virtualizor.com/). The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of WHMCS, server administration, and the general hosting industry. This is a full-time role with 40 hours per week, offering flexibility and the opportunity to grow with a dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **KVM VPS Management:** Oversee and manage KVM VPS servers using Virtualizor. Ensure servers are running efficiently and address any performance issues.
- **WHMCS Expertise:** Fully manage the WHMCS platform, including billing, customer accounts, support, and integration with Virtualizor.
- **Server Maintenance:** Perform regular server maintenance tasks such as updates, backups, troubleshooting, and resource management.
- **Technical Support:** Provide expert-level support for server-related issues and resolve escalated support tickets.
- **Monitoring and Optimization:** Monitor server performance, ensure uptime, and optimize server resources for maximum efficiency.
- **Security Management:** Implement and maintain security protocols to protect servers from threats and vulnerabilities.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with the support and development teams to ensure smooth operations and provide technical expertise.

**Qualifications:**
- **Experience:** 3-5 years of experience in server administration, particularly managing KVM VPS environments.
- **Virtualizor Knowledge:** Strong experience using Virtualizor for managing VPS servers.
- **WHMCS Expertise:** In-depth knowledge of WHMCS for managing billing, customer support, and server provisioning.
- **Hosting Industry Knowledge:** Solid understanding of hosting infrastructure, server environments, and virtualization.
- **Problem-Solving Skills:** Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- **Communication Skills:** Strong communication skills to interact with teams and customers effectively.
