ABOUT THE ROLE
As an SEO Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that patients searching for holistic and alternative healthcare solutions can easily find us online. You’ll develop and execute strategies to boost visibility, optimize our website, and support our mission of delivering high-quality telehealth services.

This is a remote position that requires strong technical skills, creativity, and a passion for data-driven decision-making. You’ll work closely with a talented team to make a real impact in an industry that’s growing rapidly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- SEO Strategy Development: Create and implement tailored strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Keyword Research: Identify high-value keywords that align with our services and target audience.
- On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and images to maximize SEO performance.
- Content Collaboration: Work with content teams to develop SEO-friendly blogs, articles, and landing pages that resonate with users.
- Technical SEO: Conduct audits and address issues like crawl errors, page speed optimization, and mobile responsiveness.
- Analytics and Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMRush to monitor performance and refine strategies based on data insights.
- Link Building: Develop outreach campaigns to secure high-quality backlinks and boost domain authority.
- Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about competitors’ strategies and identify opportunities for growth.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience: At least 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience with proven success in driving organic growth.
- Tool Proficiency: Strong expertise in SEMRush or similar platforms is essential.
- Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Experience in healthcare or wellness industries is a plus but not required.
- Market Understanding: Familiarity with the Australian healthcare market is desirable but not mandatory.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication for collaboration and reporting.
- Self-Motivation: Strong organizational skills to excel in a remote work environment.
