We are seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to lead, develop, and execute advanced SEO strategies. This fully remote, full-time role requires working American hours and involves planning, implementing, and managing website creations and expansions, particularly focusing on geo-targeted strategies for national and local SEO growth.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy Development





Design and implement comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to enhance organic rankings and drive traffic.



Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and market evaluations to uncover growth opportunities.



Develop scalable SEO plans that include national and local strategies, leveraging geo-targeted page creation for maximum visibility.

Website Creation and Page Additions





Plan and oversee the creation of new SEO-optimized websites, focusing on user experience and performance.



Strategically expand existing websites with geo-targeted national and local pages, targeting specific market needs and driving conversions.



Integrate localized keywords and location-based content to build dynamic, market-specific landing pages.

On-Page and Off-Page Optimization





Optimize content, meta-tags, URLs, and site structure to align with SEO best practices.



Plan and execute link-building campaigns, manage external citations, and oversee directory strategies.



Conduct competitor backlink analyses and recommend link acquisition strategies.

Technical SEO





Perform technical audits to identify and resolve issues affecting website performance, crawlability, and indexing.



Collaborate with developers to implement site architecture improvements and ensure compliance with technical SEO standards.



Monitor and maintain Core Web Vitals and other key performance benchmarks.

Content Strategy and Collaboration





Partner with content creators to produce engaging, SEO-optimized, and geo-targeted content.



Provide guidance on content structure, hierarchy, and calls-to-action to improve user engagement.



Ensure content strategies align with overall SEO goals and are scalable for local and national campaigns.

Analytics and Reporting





Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to track and analyze performance.



Deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights, focusing on traffic growth, keyword rankings, and ROI.



Stay informed about search engine algorithm updates and integrate changes into SEO strategies.

Collaboration and Team Management





Lead and mentor the SEO team, ensuring smooth execution of all campaigns.



Collaborate with the PPC team to align organic and paid strategies for optimal results.



Act as the SEO subject matter expert for internal teams and clients.

Skills and Qualifications

Required





Minimum of 5 years of SEO experience, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results.



Experience leading an SEO marketing team



Expertise in developing and implementing geo-targeted SEO strategies for national and local markets.



Strong technical SEO skills, including website audits, resolving indexing issues, and optimizing Core Web Vitals.



Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog.



Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.



Experience in local SEO and international SEO strategies.



Familiarity with PPC strategies and integration with organic campaigns.
