We’re looking for a Senior SEO Specialist who is passionate about both the art and science of SEO, thrives in a hands?on role, and is eager to grow alongside our agency.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution

Develop, implement, and continuously refine SEO strategies for clients, ensuring tangible gains in organic traffic, visibility, and conversions.
Conduct in?depth technical audits, on?page optimizations, and link?building initiatives.

AI/ChatGPT Utilization

Innovate workflows and processes using AI/ChatGPT for content, keyword research, and data insights.
Train and mentor junior team members (as needed) on best practices for AI integration.

Analytics & Data Management

Leverage Google Analytics, Google BigQuery, and additional tools to gather, interpret, and act upon complex data sets.
Develop dashboards and reports that illustrate key SEO metrics and actionable insights for clients.

Client Communication

Serve as an expert resource for clients on SEO questions or challenges, capable of providing high?level strategic guidance in perfect English.
Occasionally join client calls to explain strategies, project statuses, and data findings.

Process Building & Documentation

Define and implement robust SEO processes, from keyword research frameworks to monthly reporting protocols.
Ensure that all SEO deliverables align with clients’ brand voice, goals, and success metrics.

Collaboration & Growth

Work closely with the founder and small team to align on overarching agency goals and ensure seamless project management.
Bring fresh ideas to scale the SEO department, help shape the future of SearchFlare, and contribute to overall agency success.
Requirements

Extensive SEO Experience

Proven track record (5+ years) delivering measurable SEO results.
Deep knowledge of on?page optimization, technical SEO, link building, and local/global SEO best practices.

AI & ChatGPT Expertise

Demonstrated ability to creatively apply AI/ChatGPT tools to streamline SEO tasks, content generation, and data analysis.

Data-Driven Mindset

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google BigQuery, and other analytics platforms.
Strong ability to interpret large data sets and translate them into actionable insights.

Hands-On & Self-Sufficient

Comfortable managing SEO projects end?to?end—from conceptualization to execution.
Thrives in a small, flexible environment where you’ll need to prioritize tasks independently.

Exceptional Communication Skills

Fluent, perfect English (both spoken and written) for client interaction and documentation.
Confidence to present data and strategies to stakeholders at varying levels of SEO knowledge.

Process-Oriented

Capable of designing and implementing repeatable, scalable SEO processes for multiple clients.
