Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented SEO & GPS Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage SEO operations and provide customer support for GPS-related issues. This role involves client communication, SEO execution, and assisting with GPS administration tasks. You will play a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication:
- Respond to WhatsApp messages within 20 minutes during working hours.
- Reply to client
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide regular updates on their SEO and GPS projects.
SEO Operations:
- Perform on-page SEO for WordPress websites, including optimizing meta tags, content, and internal links.
- Execute off-page SEO by acquiring backlinks through guest posts and backlink trades with trusted partners.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
GPS Support:
- Troubleshoot and resolve GPS-related issues raised by customers.
- Use provided SOPs to perform administrative tasks on Wialon GPS systems, including setting up, managing, and configuring accounts.
Administrative Tasks:
- Assist in maintaining accurate client records for GPS and SEO services.
- Collaborate with tea
- Document workflows and suggest improvements to SOPs as needed.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in SEO (on-page and off-page) and WordPress.
- Experience in customer support or account management is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar.
- Familiarity with GPS platforms like Wialon is a bonus (training will be provided).
Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Response time for client communications (WhatsApp and
- SEO ranking improvements for client websites.
- Timely resolution of GPS support issues.
- Successful acquisition of backlinks and guest posts.
