We’re hiring a results-driven sales and lead generation expert to build and manage a high-converting sales funnel targeting Australian businesses ($1M–$50M turnover) for financial coaching and CFO advisory services.

You’ll be responsible for designing and executing a full-funnel system — from top-of-funnel outreach to booked calls — using strategies similar to Upgrade to see actual info. Ideal candidates will have experience with GoHighLevel, or similar CRMs/automation tools.

Happy to pay for more work at the start, but with ongoing sales funnel maintenance and client lead/email campaign work.

???? What You’ll Do:
Build and optimize the entire sales funnel: outreach ? nurture ? conversion

Generate qualified leads through organic and/or paid strategies

Automate workflows and follow-ups (ideally in GoHighLevel)

Drive booked calls directly into the sales calendar (yours or a rep's)

Track KPIs, iterate, and improve based on performance

An expert in B2B lead generation & sales strategy

Able to work independently and own the full sales process

Experienced with GoHighLevel, automation, and CRM systems

Obsessed with results, not just activity

Open to performance-based incentives (e.g. pay-per-conversion)
