If you have experience in areas like true owner research, contact research, property ownership analysis, or parent company research—whether in real estate, logistics, corporate, or any other industry—you’re exactly who we’re looking for.

What You’ll Do
• Deep-Dive Research: You’ll spend your days searching for, verifying, and analyzing information from multiple sources. Think of yourself as a digital Sherlock Holmes.
• Platform Know-How: Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn—these are just a few of the tools we regularly tap into. If you’re already comfortable with them (or a quick learner!), that’s a huge plus.
• Data Verification: Double-checking is key! You’ll confirm the info you gather is accurate, consistent, and up-to-date.
• Collaborative Vibe: You’ll work closely with our operations team. Expect a lot of Slack messages and brainstorming sessions!

What You’ll Bring
• Solid Experience: You’ve got a proven knack for digging up useful intel online and making sense of it.
• High-Energy & Analytical: You’re excited about numbers, facts, and data. You know how to crunch it all down into something actionable.
• Resourceful & Detail-Oriented: You spot the tiniest red flags and you’re always ready with creative solutions to tricky research questions.
• Growth Mindset: You’re open to learning, improving, and leveling up your skills as we evolve.

What We’re Offering
• Competitive Pay: Starting at $700 per month, with lots of opportunity for growth based on performance, reaching up to $900–$1,000. (We’re all about growth and self-improvement here. • Remote Flexibility: Work from wherever you’re most productive. Pajamas are optional (but recommended).
