JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview:
As a Senior Recruiting Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier talent for our clients. You will take ownership of the recruitment process from start to finish, collaborate with leadership to refine strategies, and ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with clients to understand their staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions.
• Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies to attract highly qualified candidates using platforms such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen and evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit through comprehensive interviews.
• Manage and coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process, including candidate shortlisting, client interviews, and offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters or recruitment assistants, as needed.
• Stay informed on healthcare industry trends, recruitment best practices, and talent market dynamics.
• Prepare detailed recruitment reports and analytics for leadership and clients.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in the healthcare or staffing industry.
• Proven track record of success in sourcing and placing high-quality candidates.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
