QUALIFICATIONS:
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a closely related field is essential
• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel functions and real estate modeling for multifamily apartment real estate projects (including land valuation, apartment building property valuation, financial returns, IRR, ROE, ROI, cash flow analysis, etc.) is imperative
• Exceptional quantitative skills are a prerequisite
•A minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Real Estate Finance is mandatory
•Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, showcasing reliability and organizational acumen
•Maintains a high level of professionalism, energy, and a positive approach
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct comprehensive market research to validate economic assumptions embedded in pro forma analyses
• Perform in-depth rental rate analysis and foster relationships with brokers to gather crucial market insights
•Identify pertinent economic and general factors that could impact investment and development strategies
•Continuously update financial models with actual data to assess the financial performance of ongoing and potential investments
• Construct intricate financial models to assess various property investment exit strategies, encompassing operating costs, revenue projections, and income streams
• Participate in acquisition due diligence activities
• Facilitate physical due diligence processes, encompassing contract review, budget preparation, and coordination with consultants for potential acquisitions
• Provide robust support to multiple executives through the creation of financial models and comprehensive analysis
• Further real estate financial modeling skills through self-education and study
