Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

As a Senior Parabroker, you’ll be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring seamless service for our clients and mentoring a high-performing team. Your responsibilities will include:

Client Credit Assessments: Conduct detailed assessments of clients’ financial positions, including borrowing capacities and funding scenarios, to provide tailored solutions.

Lender Engagement: Work closely with lenders, Credit Assessors, and Business Development Managers to negotiate policies, workshop scenarios, and secure optimal outcomes.

Loan Submission Management: Use Salestrekker to manage applications from end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.

Product Recommendations: Prepare detailed product comparisons and confidently recommend the most suitable lenders to meet client goals.

Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong client relationships through transparent communication and regular updates on loan progress.

Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a growing team of parabrokers, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Compliance and Updates: Stay informed of Australian mortgage policies and industry regulations to ensure compliance and provide expert advice.

About You:

You’re a standout candidate if you have:

4+ years’ experience in the Australian mortgage broking industry.
Strong technical knowledge of the lending landscape and the ability to match lender policies with client needs.
Proficiency in Salestrekker (preferred, but not essential) and handling loan submission processes.
Outstanding attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
A proactive mindset and the ability to deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for leadership and mentoring, with a track record of fostering team success.
