Senior Order Fulfillment Specialist

No & Low is an online non-alcoholic bottle shop (www.drinknolow.com) looking to change the way the world drinks! We are currently looking to add a full-time Senior Order Fulfillment Specialist, Monday - Friday with a flexible schedule that will vary as new hire gets settled into position (Approximate schedule 3am-11am EST with 1 hour break) with strong expertise and skills in online order fulfillment.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Perform Customer order fulfilment process for multiple warehouses and multiple sales channels
- Perform Customer returns/damages process
- Perform UPS/FEDEX damage claims process
- Perform EOD & EOM order reconciliations for all inventory systems
- Verify all transactions on all business sales channels sync to main business accounting software and third party warehouses
- Customer service duties, answer customer/supplier emails, chats, calls
- Update and manage all product listing for all sales channels
- Issuing and sending customers invoices.
- Hiring freight companies to ship orders


Qualifications and Skills

- 3 years experience Order Fulfilment processing over 100 orders per day between Shopify, Amazon, and other third party sales channels with strong analytical and attention to detail skills
- Fast and reliable internet connection, computer that can perform work with no hesitancy, and smart phone
- A room to work in with no other people or distractions
- Experience in remote working position
- Previous experience posting with Shopify, Amazon, Zoho and Google Suite
- Must have positive attitude, passionate about career, high level of intelligence, and integrity
- Excellent English verbal and written communication, organizational, and computer skills
- Able to work efficiently in fast pace environment, excel in multitasking, and great attention to detail
- Problem solver, work independently, and as a part of a team
- Post secondary business administration education
